For transfering our clients we have the best, experienced,well-trained and english speaking drivers with the knowledge of all routes of Prague and the Czech Republic,and European countries.They warrant you a fast,but safe transfer to your final destination using the shortest and most comfortable route.

Approach to our customers:
- I act in an appropriate manor and my best opinion
- all information told to me, I have seen, beliveve to be stricktly confidential
- inappropriate passanger bavaviour is solved diplomaticaly
- I do not talk to the passanger about (for ex. competition, traffic situation, police, pedastria, short order, a. o...). I do not speak faul language or in any other reflection.
- I converesate with the client (if he/she likes) within general topics
- I open the door to our customers
- I help our clients with their luggage
- the volume and selection of music in the car has to be consulted with the client
- I offer the client waiting time in front of their house before they enter their house safely; eventual I ask, if the dispatche can call at a certain time to chesk if the client got home safely
- I will try to be empahetic
My visage:
- company uniform - blue shirt, blue tie, black shoes (andleaces), dark socks, social dark pants, possible of comibning with dark suit, jacket or blue sweater
- a clean and trim visage (combed, shaved, use deodorant; adhere to oral hygiene, I do net eat more aromatic foods during work in the car)
My car:
- the interior of my car is completely clean wtihout scratches, stains, a.o.
- my car isn´t visualy damaged from the outside (schratches, corossion, missing parts after accident, a.o.) and is kept clean
- the trunk is also clean, epty and reado for use
- my car meets the requirements for passanger transport

My ride:
- fluent driving adapted to the current road situation and rules
- in case of violating the driving laws and rules (incorrect parking, breaking the speed limit) due to clients request, I act on my own risk of a fine or other sanction.
