What are the transport service working hours?
24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

How to book a transfer to the airport?
- Fill out the on-line form.
- By phone +420 605 600 000
- The operator will ask for your name and phone number (order code - in case of hotel or other type of action).
- It is best to make the order an hour before (depends on the place of pick up).
- It is important to give the correct adress and time of pick up.
- It is possible to order a transfer a few days ahead.
- When booking a transfer to the airport, it is possible to reserve a roundtrip the airport, if you know the date.
- Car arrival will be announced to you by phone. The operator will tell you where the driver is situated.

How to book a transfer from the airport?
- Fill out the on-line form.
- By phone +420 605 600 000
- The operator will ask for your name and phone number (order code - in case of hotel or other type of action)
- The oprator will ask you for the flight number, where you are flying from (terminals are divided by the countries from which planes fly), or if you know the arrival terminal a time of arrival.
- It is best to reserve a transfer in advance (if you know the time, date, flight nr, where you will be flying from).
- You can also reserve right after arrival before you get your luggage, the car should be in place (depends on the traffic and driver availability). In other cases please wait for the triver in the arrivals terminal.
- It is possible to book a transfer a few days ahead.
- Car arrival will be anounced to you by phone. The operator will tell you where the driver is situated.
- The driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall of your terminal and will be clearly holding a blue and yellow sign with your name Prague Airport Transport.
- After meeting with the driver he will help you with your luggage and will transport you to your destination.

How will my reservation be confirmed?
In no time after sending your reservation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with instructions.

How can I cancel my reservation?
If for some reason you have to cancel the reservation, please contact our operators as soon as possible by phone +420 605 600 000

Yes, our operators will contact you by phone.

What types of payment do you accept?
At present we only accept payments by cash. For information about non-cash payments, please contact us at business@transportchief.com.

What types of cars do you use for transport?
For the transport of 1-4 people we use air conditioned vehicles of higher class ex Skoda Superb, Mercedes E a.o.
For transporting up to 8 people we mainly use VW Multivan, Mercedes Vito, a.o.

What is the max. number of passanger you can transport?
At present we can transport up to 8 passangers.

Where will I find the driver?
Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall depending on your departure country. The driver will be holding a blue - yellow sign with your name on it.

How long does the trip take to the city center?
Approximately 40 minutes depending on the traffic situation.

What if my plane is delayed?
Our operators and drivers are tracking actual arrival and departure status. The driver will of course wait for you.
