Terms and conditions
The company is obligated to transport a person(s) form pick-up location to drop-off location in accordance with predefined terms, conditions and prices in the reservation.
The reserved tranport icludes processing of the reservation, non-stop information service, the arrival of the agreed car with driver, pick-up of client(s), baggage help, eventualy other advice of informational purpose, transport to the destination point.
Prices are stated in the price list. Prices for additional services not stated in the price list will be given by the dispather. Prices include 19% tax. Payments are made in cash if not agreed or stated within the reservation. For otinal non-cash payments please contact business@transportchief.com.
Prices are stated per vehicle, not per person.
Our clients have the possibility to choose a vehicle of their choice, mainly depending on the number of people being transported, eventualy on the amount of baggage. A regular car cena seat 1 - 4 passangers. A multi-seat car can transport up to 8 passangers. This information needs to be filled out in the order form.
The client must state the exact number of luggage. Baggage is transported free of charge. The driver is obliged to help the client with his/her luggage.
Our company uses cars of higher class and multi-seat cars, mainly Skoda Superb, Mercedes E and Vito, VW Multivan and similar.
